goddess parvathi praises the glory and grace of Lord shiva, requests Him to describe a son's chapter NO.12 .Lord Shiva agrees and predicts the same.

The lords of the 12th houses to the Moon and lagna are auspicious planets.
Hence, he will find nice opportunities to visit countries abroad and many holy shrines.
He will meet with auspicious and constructive expenditure for purchasing new properties and assets at some likable places.

His devotion to his guru and his service to the people, as guided by his spiritual guru would bring name and fame. He is destined to enjoy spiritual ecstasy and all other comforts in life prosperous foreign contacts will have been maintained. with all fortunes and prosperities, he will lead successful life up to his end. for his achievements both in material and spiritual lives would inscribe his name in the minds of the people.

Thus Lord Shiva describes the general truths of his 12th chapter.
But, goddess Parvathi interrupts:
My lord Thou,I obey Thou but I have some doubts, please clear them off.
Both the lords of the 12th houses to the Moon and lagna reside at unfavourable houses.
Moreover, he has the evil impacts of his past birth karma. If it is so, he may suffer from various problems and tortures.
Obstacles in going abroad, impediments in getting blessing from his spiritual guru and waste expenditure will toil him much. Chances are there to suffer from various problems. His foes and associates will also work against him. Debts, loans, litigation and other problems. His foes and associates will also work against him. Debts, loans, litigation, and other problems will stagnate his rapid progress both in business and spiritual services in future. Avoiding all such problems, why have thou preached the goodness alone?


Lord Shiva replies:
My dear Davi; I Know all those problems but I have already described the remedies in the 13th and 14th chapters.
By performing all those remedies properly, he will be able to avoid all problems and he will have all goodness and prosperities. He refers this holy script at the age of his 35 near by, when Jupiter is in Cancer and Saturn is Taurus.

He will proceed to visit far off places in connection with his service to the people during his 36, 37 and 38. His visits to the ashram, where his spiritual guru resides would bring desirable changes in his life. Becoming a presiding authority to a spiritual group, he will render selfless service to the people. slowly, his mind will get inclined towards metaphysical affairs. The new techniques and secrecy probed by his spiritual guru related to spiritual elevations would ease the way to the state of ecstasy in the field of spirituality. Transcendental meditation that his spiritual guru is going to teach will turn his life style and he will get immersed in devotion and meditation.

Hence, he has to meet his spiritual guru Avatar Agasthiya Arul Shiva shoukou soon.
getting relieved from all problems bring created by his foes and conspirators, he will be able to sustain his position well among the people during his 39, 40 and 41.

New establishments that he establishes for rendering service to the people, as guided by his spiritual guru would bring name and fame during his 42. But, he may suffer from various problems and tortures during his 43 and 44. Through his children, he may meet with waste expenditure. Chances are there to suffer from mental tortures and unexpected stagnations in progress. Troubles in respiration, troubles through excessive heat and some other diseases would trouble his children and wife much. He will also suffer from invisible health hazards. Minimizing the problems with the help of proper medical treatments and devotion to his guru, he will be successful during his 45,46,47 and 48. And at the same time, in connection with his service to the people,

he will proceed to visit many holy shrines and countries abroad.
His earnest interest in devotion and meditation would bring peace of mind during his 49. But, at the end of his 49 and during the running period of 50, he may suffer from various problems and tortures. chances are there to meet with an accident.
Just to nullify all such problems, he has to adopt the remedies properly.

His spiritual guru will appoint him as a presiding authority to a spiritual group and he will guide them in proper manner, in the same manner that he is being guided by his spiritual guru during this period He will be able to sustain his position well both in spiritual and material lines as will. Associated with the followers of his guru, he will proceed to visit countries abroad. He will proceed to visit many countries and holy shrines and there, he will gather very new spiritual experiences. such experiences will be so helpful to him to sharpen his knowledge in the field of spirituality during his 51, 52,53 and 54. His selfless service to the people will highly be appreciated by all. His devotion to god, charities to the poor and downtrodden will protect him ever.

Becoming a more respectable and responsible authority in rendering service to then people and to the ashram of his guru, he would gain eternal joy and peace.

With all fortunes and prosperities, he will lead successful life during his 55, 56 and 58. His well planned business and spiritual lives will be appreciated by all His service to the humanity would bring desirable changes and developments. His dedication, meditation and devotion to his guru would lead him to enjoy spiritual ecstasy. Sustaining his position well economically, he will be successful up to his 65 and above. His sharp knowledge and skilled administrative ability and dedication in rendering service to the people will popularize his name among the public. Charitable establishments, institutions, spiritual service centers and orphanage type of service homes that he establishes would lead the forthcoming generations to remember his name ever.

Through such charities and service to the people, he will be able to cease the chain of rebirth. His spiritual guru will guide him in proper manner to reach the summit in the field of spirituality after demise.

It is better to adopt the remedies so early as possible to have all goodness and prosperities.
