Goddess Parvathi beseeches Lord Shiva:
Thou created "souls" and "bodies" and thou replete them with feelings and emotions.
Standing in the souls, thou guide the bodies to act and react.
Thou are the seed from which, the crops grow and I, thy consort praise the eternal grace and glory.
Thou destine the body to suffer from diseases, old age and thou induce them to work hard and to take rest properly whenever it is required to work hard again.
Thou create desires and through which, thou harm the people to worry and thou have become a proper medicine to cure all such sorrows and miseries. Keeping the mankind as puppet in thy hands, thou play thy mystic plays ever O Lord!

Here I request thou to prescribe some remedies to the departed soul (that Yama (Lord of destruction) had devoured it once in the past) and it has come down to this earth again.
In the past, it was ***** and now it is *****.
O Lord, help this ***** to enjoy all prosperities and developments.

Let me predict some remedies to this soul to enjoy abundant wealth and to win my grace through his devotion. The remedies would help this soul to live long in this body.

He (*****) is advised to chant my mantra and through dedicated devotion, he is guided to live long with all prosperities. His devotion to me and the mantra that he is going to chant would help him to enjoy good health and all other fortunes during his later ages.
